TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR HEALTHY WRINKLES PLATFORM

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Healthy Wrinkles Private Limited (“Healthy Wrinkles,” “HEALTHY WRINKLES ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India, having its principal place of business at 132, Swastik Plaza, Subhash Nagar, Pokhran Road No 2, Thane West , 400 606.
By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the digital platform owned and operated by Healthy Wrinkles, which includes its website (www.healthywrinkles.com) and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Customer” or “User” means any individual, caregiver, family member, or legally appointed representative who registers for, accesses, or uses services offered via the Platform.
1.2 “Partner” refers to any independent third-party service provider enlisted on the Platform, including, but not limited to, nursing bureaus, home healthcare agencies, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, doctors, and care institutions like assisted living homes. Some partners would be preferred partners by Healthy Wrinkles due to their previous experiences with other users. These partners would carry tag of “Verified” or generally will also carry high HEALTHY WRINKLES rating of at least 4 or more out of 5.
1.3 “Services” means all eldercare services made accessible through the Platform including, but not limited to, home visits by healthcare personnel, diagnostics, telemedicine, institutional care such as assisted living homes, and emergency coordination.
1.4 “Agreement” encompasses these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional policies published on the Platform, and any subsequent amendments.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
2.1 The Platform serves as an aggregator and facilitator of eldercare services. It does not itself provide any services such as caretaking, nursing, home healthcare, institutional care such as assisted living or emergency services.
2.2 The Services aggregated on the Healthy Wrinkles Platform include, but are not limited to:
(a) Home caregiving services such as nurse and attendant visits at home;
(b) Diagnostic and pathology testing through third-party labs;
(c) Online and telephonic doctor consultations;
(d) Assisted living and long-term eldercare facility bookings;
(e) Medical equipment for sales as well as on rentals;
(f) Emergency services such as ambulance coordination and hospital coordination .
2.3 Being aggregator platform, Healthy Wrinkles provides digital infrastructure and backend coordination but is not responsible for the actual execution of services.
2.4. TERM
2.4.1 For Users availing stand-alone services (such as a one-time consultation, diagnostics, equipment rental, home care services or caregiving visit), the term of this Agreement shall be limited to the duration required for the execution of the selected service.
2.4.2 For Users subscribing to a Subscription Plan, the term shall align with the Subscription Plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually), and the Agreement shall remain valid for the duration of such plan or until the plan is cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 Users must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
3.2 If registering on behalf of another individual, such as a senior citizen, the registering User must have appropriate legal authority to act on behalf of the person concerned.
3.3 Users agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly as required.
3.4 Each User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Healthy Wrinkles shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence in protecting such information.
4. PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS AND DISCLAIMERS
4.1 All Partners listed on the Platform are independent contractors. Healthy Wrinkles is not involved in the day-to-day delivery or supervision of services.
4.2 While Healthy Wrinkles conducts onboarding due diligence, including checking available documentation, it does not verify clinical skills or performance quality.
4.3 Any contract for service delivery exists directly between the Customer and the Partner. Healthy Wrinkles is not a party to such contracts unless explicitly stated.
5. TELEMEDICINE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES
5.1 Healthy Wrinkles may enable Users to access teleconsultations through third party partner platforms. These services may be used for routine care, second opinions, or initial triage(the preliminary assessment of patients or casualties in order to determine the urgency of their need for treatment and the nature of treatment required)in emergency cases.
5.2 Users acknowledge that telemedicine has inherent limitations, such as:
(a) The absence of a physical examination and diagnostic investigations;
(b) Delayed diagnosis due to unclear symptoms;
(c) Reliance on patient-provided information and images;
(d) Connectivity issues affecting communication quality.
5.3 All advice provided via emergency teleconsultation is intended as general guidance and must not be construed as definitive diagnosis or treatment. Users are advised to consult in-person if their condition worsens or if advised by the doctor.
5.4 Emergency response services, such as ambulance referrals or hospital assistance, are provided on a best-effort basis and subject to availability. HEALTHY WRINKLES shall not be liable for non-availability or delay due to third-party limitations.
5.5 Telemedicine and emergency services are available under specific health plans by Healthy Wrinkles. Every User is not entitled for these services. Hence it is advised that User shall validate the plan details to check whether these services are covered under subscribed plan.
6. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
6.1Refer to the Privacy Policy of Healthy Wrinkles published on the website as well as on other platforms of Healthy Wrinkles.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 All intellectual property on the Platform—including text, design, software, databases, logos, and other content—is the exclusive property of Healthy Wrinkles.
7.2 Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
7.3 Users agree not to:
(a) Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content;
(b) Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the Platform source code;
(c) Use the trademarks of Healthy Wrinkles without written authorization.
8. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
8.1 Refer to Refund & Cancellation Policy
9. INDEMNITY
9.1 The User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthy Wrinkles Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, and representatives (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, claims, actions, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, interest, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) Any breach or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws by the User or any person acting on their behalf;
(b) Any false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the User;
(c) Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized use of the Platform, Services, or Partner services;
(d) Any direct or indirect act of negligence, misconduct, omission, fraud, or default by the User or their family members, representatives, or caregivers during or after availing services via the Platform;
(e) Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising between the User and any third-party Partner including but not limited to service delivery, non-performance, payment issues, or personal injury;
(f) Any infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights due to content or communications submitted, shared, or facilitated by the User;
(g) Any claim or liability arising due to emergency medical support, teleconsultation advice, or third-party clinical interactions arranged through the Platform or facilitated by Healthy Wrinkles, where Healthy Wrinkles is not the actual service provider;
(h) Any unauthorized access to the Platform due to failure by the User to maintain confidentiality of login credentials or devices.
9.2 The indemnity obligations under this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall extend to any claims initiated after termination if they relate to actions taken or omissions made during the period of the User’s use of the Platform.
9.3 DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
ANY INFORMATION AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED BY HEALTHY WRINKLES ON “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE THIRD PARTIES LISTED ON THIS SITE MAY NOT BE RELATED TO HEALTHY WRINKLES IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. USERS ARE ADVISED TO CONDUCT THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENGAGEMENT WITH ANY LISTED THIRD PARTIES. HEALTHY WRINKLES DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT HEREIN. IN ADDITION, HEALTHY WRINKLES MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR SAFETY OR ABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS LISTED ON THIS SITE. YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
9.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
HEALTHY WRINKLES IS NOT A SERVICE PROVIDER OR COMMERCIALLY LIABLE TO USERS OF THIS SITE. HEALTHY WRINKLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES/PRODUCTS LISTED HEREIN, EVEN IF HEALTHY WRINKLES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 Healthy Wrinkles shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, if such delay or failure is caused by events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). These may include, without limitation:
- Acts of God (including floods, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters);
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;
- Wars, hostilities, invasions, terrorist acts, or civil unrest;
- Governmental orders, lockdowns, quarantines, or regulatory restrictions;
- Fires, explosions, or accidents;
- Cyberattacks, ransomware, denial of service attacks (DoS), or failure of internet or telecommunications networks;
- Labour strikes, work stoppages, or supply chain disruptions;
- Utility outages or transportation interruptions;
- Disruption or breakdown in services rendered by third-party Partners, subcontractors, or service providers.
10.2 In such an event, the affected obligations of Healthy Wrinkles shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and Healthy Wrinkles shall make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as practicable.
10.3 Healthy Wrinkles shall promptly notify Users, where feasible, of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and the anticipated impact on its services. Such notification may be via email, website updates, SMS, or in-app notifications.
10.4 If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days and materially affects Healthy Wrinkles’s ability to perform its obligations, either party shall have the right to terminate the affected portion of services or subscription without further liability, upon written notice.
10.5 Notwithstanding the above, Users shall remain liable for any payments already due and any services rendered prior to the Force Majeure Event.
10.6 Healthy Wrinkles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the non-performance or delay due to Force Majeure Events, including service disruption, loss of health outcomes, or data access issues.
11. TERMINATION
11.1 Healthy Wrinkles reserves the right to terminate a User’s access to the Platform:
(a) Upon violation of these Terms;
(b) Upon request by law enforcement;
(c) For abusive or fraudulent activity.
11.2 The User may terminate their account at any time by written notice. Healthy Wrinkles may retain records as required by law or operational necessity.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Healthy Wrinkles shall make reasonable efforts to provide safe, effective, and reliable Services to Users through its Platform and Partner network. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Wrinkles, including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, or agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, or any other damages or losses including, without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, health, life, data, revenue, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
12.2 Healthy Wrinkles expressly disclaims liability arising from or relating to:
(a) Any act or omission, negligence, misconduct, or breach by third-party Partners including caregivers, attendants, diagnostics providers, doctors, ambulance services, or equipment vendors;
(b) Any delay, error, or failure in delivery or performance due to events beyond Healthy Wrinkles’s reasonable control including force majeure, network issues, strikes, pandemics, or local unrest;
(c) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of User transmissions or data, including misuse of login credentials due to negligence by the User;
(d) Personal or health outcomes based on teleconsultations or service delivery;
(e) Injuries, infections, or medical complications arising at the User's location;
12.3 If any liability is established against Healthy Wrinkles notwithstanding these disclaimers, such liability shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the User to Healthy Wrinkles for the specific service in question during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Under no circumstance shall Healthy Wrinkles be responsible for contractual, financial, or medical obligations arising between the User and any third-party Partner.
12.5 The User understands and acknowledges that the Platform primarily functions as a digital aggregator and coordinator of eldercare services. The User agrees to access and use the Platform at their own risk and discretion. This limitation of liability clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
13. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
13.1 HEALTHY WRINKLES designates a Grievance Officer to address complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
14.2 Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through mediation.
14.3 Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai and language in English.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
15.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
15.2 No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or subsequent breach.
15.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.
15.4 HEALTHY WRINKLES reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time with prior notice via the Platform.
By continuing to access or use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions.
16. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
16.1 Healthy Wrinkles offers service access through both on-demand bookings and subscription-based service plans (“Subscription Plans”).
16.2 Subscription Plans are available inquarterly or annual options, which may include bundled services like doctor visits, caregiver hours, and teleconsultation credits. The scope and coverage of each plan shall be described at the time of purchase.
16.3 Subscription activation is subject to verification of service feasibility and confirmation from HEALTHY WRINKLES . Services may begin within 24-72 hours of confirmation unless otherwise specified.
16.4 Subscription renewals shall occur, subject to the payment of the subscription fees prevalent at the time of renewal. HEALTHY WRINKLES reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.
17. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION
17.1 Services offered by HEALTHY WRINKLES are currently available only within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The Terms and Conditions will be updated as scope of services expand beyond MMR to other cities and states.
18. BEHAVIORAL AND CONDUCT OBLIGATIONS
18.1 Users and their family members are required to maintain respectful, lawful, and professional conduct toward all Healthy Wrinkles representatives and Partner staff.
18.2 Any behavior including abuse, threats, coercion, or unlawful demand will constitute material breach.
18.3 HEALTHY WRINKLES may suspend, withdraw, or refuse services if such behavior is reported or confirmed and forfeit any or all fees and charges paid in addition to initiation of appropriate legal actions if necessary.
19. EMERGENCY SERVICE DISCLAIMERS
19.1 While HEALTHY WRINKLES provides access to emergency coordination via partners, it does not operate ambulances or emergency clinics.
19.2 Limitations include:
(a) Non-availability of immediate response resources;
(b) Triage decisions based on severity;
(c) Lack of control over hospital admissions or diagnostics on arrival.
19.3 HEALTHY WRINKLES disclaims liability for any injury, delay, or outcome resulting from such emergency service limitations.
19.4 Emergency services are available under specific health plans by Healthy Wrinkles. Every User is not entitled for these services. Hence it is advised that User shall validate the plan details to check whether these services are covered under subscribed plan.
20. AMENDMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE
20.1 These Terms may be updated periodically and shall be deemed accepted through continued use.
20.2 Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

22. USER COMMUNICATIONS AND CONTENT CONSENT
22.1 Platform Communication and Notifications
By registering on the Healthy Wrinkles Platform and providing your contact information, including but not limited to your phone number and email address, you expressly consent to receive communication from Healthy Wrinkles through various channels, including SMS, email, mobile application notifications, and one-way WhatsApp messages. These messages may include service alerts, appointment reminders, health updates, transaction confirmations, service feedback requests, promotional offers, subscription reminders, newsletters, feature announcements, and other Platform-related communications deemed necessary by Healthy Wrinkles.
22.2 WhatsApp Messaging Consent
Users specifically authorize Healthy Wrinkles to utilize WhatsApp for sending non-intrusive, informational, and service-related messages to the registered mobile number. These communications may include but are not limited to health alerts, service reminders, feedback requests, membership renewal alerts, and relevant wellness tips. These messages will be one-way only and not constitute a general customer support chat unless explicitly stated. Users may opt out of WhatsApp communication by replying with “STOP” or emailing support@healthywrinkles.com with an opt-out request.
22.3 Consent for Marketing Use of Testimonials and Visual Content
Healthy Wrinkles may, from time to time, collect user testimonials, satisfaction feedback, case studies, or visual media such as photographs or short videos (collectively, “User Content”) from Users and/or their family members regarding their experience with the Services. Subject to applicable privacy laws, by providing such testimonials, feedback, or consenting to photography or videography during service interactions (including but not limited to elder care visits, events, or care partner onboarding), the User grants Healthy Wrinkles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such User Content.
22.4 Permitted Use of User Content
Healthy Wrinkles may use such User Content for the purposes of marketing, education, promotional campaigns, social media updates, brochures, press releases, investor communications, blog features, client stories, or any other form of public or professional engagement material, whether online or offline. Usage may include display on the Healthy Wrinkles website, official social media channels, newsletters, corporate presentations, app banners, or other formats deemed appropriate by Healthy Wrinkles.
22.5 Right to Withdraw Consent
Users or their authorized representatives may withdraw consent for future use of their testimonials, images, or video content by submitting a written request to support@healthywrinkles.com. Upon such withdrawal, Healthy Wrinkles shall, to the extent practicable, cease further public use of such materials in new publications or campaigns, while acknowledging that prior printed or archived digital materials may continue to include the content in question due to production timelines or distribution constraints.
22.6 No Commercial Compensation
Users acknowledge that any feedback, testimonial, or media voluntarily shared with or permitted for use by Healthy Wrinkles shall not entitle the User to any commercial compensation. Users further affirm that such sharing is voluntary and without coercion or expectation of monetary benefit.
22.7 Right to Decline or Restrict Use
Healthy Wrinkles reserves the right to review, moderate, or decline the use of any User Content for publication if it is deemed inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise unsuitable for public representation. The Platform also reserves the right to crop, edit, or translate such content for clarity, consistency, or length, without altering the core message or intent.
23. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
23.1 Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated personal, medical, and contact information to enable proper delivery of services.
23.2 It is the User’s responsibility to ensure safe, respectful, and hygienic conditions at the service location, including adequate space and accessibility for Partner staff to perform their duties.
23.3 Users shall not obstruct, threaten, or abuse any Healthy Wrinkles staff, Partners, or assigned caregivers. Any form of verbal, physical, or written abuse will constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
23.4 For in-home caregiving services, Users shall provide necessary supplies, clean water, rest space, and access to toilet facilities for the caregiver. Users shall not expect the caregiver to perform tasks outside the agreed scope, such as administering injectable medications or performing complex medical procedures unless specifically authorized.
23.5 In case of illness, infectious disease, or medical emergencies at the service location, Users shall inform Healthy Wrinkles or the attending Partner caregiver prior to the scheduled visit.
23.6 Users agree not to solicit, hire, or engage Healthy Wrinkles's Partners or personnel independently during the service term or for a period of 12 months post-termination, without Healthy Wrinkles’s prior written consent.
23.7 Any damages to equipment, delays caused due to inaccessibility, or misrepresentation of service need may result in refusal, additional charges, or early termination of services.
24. RELATIONSHIP WITH USERS
24.1 Healthy Wrinkles provides access to eldercare services through a digital platform and acts as a facilitator and coordinator. No employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship is intended or created between Healthy Wrinkles and the User.
24.2 Users shall not be deemed employees, agents, representatives, or partners of Healthy Wrinkles for any purpose. Likewise, Users shall not represent themselves as having any authority to bind Healthy Wrinkles to obligations or commitments.
25. THIRD-PARTY HEALTHCARE SERVICES – For Emergency Management and Teleconsultation
25.1 Role of Healthy Wrinkles and Third Party Service Provider
Healthy Wrinkles Private Limited (“HEALTHY WRINKLES ”) partners with a third-party healthcare services provider, to facilitate access to teleconsultations, emergency medical services, and related concierge support for its users. HEALTHY WRINKLES acts solely as a facilitator and does not itself provide any medical advice, treatment, or emergency care.
25.2 Consent to Share Information
By opting for such Third Party Service Provider services through the HEALTHY WRINKLES Platform, you explicitly consent to the sharing of your personal and health-related information, including medical records, prescriptions, and consultations, with Service Provider personnel and third-party medical professionals involved in delivering these services. You acknowledge that such data exchange may not be encrypted and may not be protected under medical privacy norms applicable to direct doctor-patient relationships.
25.3 Nature of Medical Consultations
Teleconsultations arranged via Third Party Service Provider are provided by licensed medical professionals to the extent permitted under applicable state laws and regulations. These may include doctors of Allopathy or AYUSH as per the state’s prevailing rules. HEALTHY WRINKLES does not verify or guarantee the qualifications or availability of the medical professional who responds to a query.
In case of emergency consultations, the advice is offered on a best-effort basis and is subject to limitations of remote communication, including issues of clarity, incomplete patient history, or inability to perform physical examination.
You agree that medical advice provided in such settings may be limited and is meant to stabilize or guide immediate next steps, not to substitute in-person diagnosis or treatment.
25.4 Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that:
- HEALTHY WRINKLES is not responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Third Party Service Provider or any of its doctors, paramedics, customer support staff, or affiliates.
- HEALTHY WRINKLES shall not be held liable for any loss, harm, deterioration in health, or death arising from or related to services provided by Third Party Service Provider, including but not limited to advice, treatment delays, non-availability of doctors, communication failures, or misdiagnosis.
- HEALTHY WRINKLES is indemnified from any legal or financial liability arising out of any such issues, and you agree not to bring any claims or actions against HEALTHY WRINKLES or its representatives in such matters.
25.5 Service Availability and No Guarantee
Access to Third Party Service Provider services is subject to the availability of doctors and customer support executives. HEALTHY WRINKLES and Third Party Service Provider do not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate access to healthcare professionals at all times.
Third Party Service Provider operates on a best-effort basis and may not be able to fulfill every request, especially in high-volume or emergency situations. You are advised to seek alternative medical attention in case of severe emergencies where a call is not connected or attended to in time.
25.6 Payment Terms
Payments for Third Party Service Provider services offered through the HEALTHY WRINKLES Platform may either be included in your subscription or charged separately. In certain cases, you may be directed to make payments directly to Third Party Service Provider for services availed outside the HEALTHY WRINKLES -Third Party Service Provider agreement scope.
HEALTHY WRINKLES does not mediate or guarantee the terms, pricing, quality, or delivery of any service that you engage directly with Third Party Service Provider beyond the platform-facilitated interaction.
25.7 Data Breach and Notification
In the event of any unauthorized access to or disclosure of user information held by Third Party Service Provider or its agents, Third Party Service Provider is contractually obligated to inform HEALTHY WRINKLES within 48 hours and take remedial actions. However, HEALTHY WRINKLES disclaims all liability for such breaches, and users agree to hold HEALTHY WRINKLES harmless from any resulting damage.
25.8 Acknowledgment of Limitations
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Third Party Service Provider may not always be able to connect you with a doctor or hospital due to technical issues, unavailability, or capacity overload.
- HEALTHY WRINKLES will inform users of the benefits and limitations of services offered via Third Party Service Provider, but the final responsibility for availing and acting upon such services rests with the user.
- HEALTHY WRINKLES and Third Party Service Provider are not responsible for any delays by the user or their caregiver in acting upon medical advice received.
