During the term of the deposit, no interest will be charged. Upon departure, the guest will receive a refund of the deposit. Lodging, boarding, and a general medical checkup are included in the monthly rate. A nominal fee is charged for physiotherapy services. Applicants must be 60 years or older to get admission. Ideally, they should be in good mental health, neither suffer from contagious diseases nor need any assistance to carry out their daily tasks. A Medical Fitness Test will be conducted by a doctor appointed by Manghnani Elders Home at Lonavala and a Certificate issued at a nominal charge will be required of guests under categories 1 and 2.
